" I love my wife and son with all of my heart. They're my purpose for living. If my wife and son are struggling and having a hard time - how can I do my job properly?. It's hard enough trying to stay alive over here. I need to know that my family is happy."

It really brings joy to my heart to know that there are people here that truly care about the troops & their families. Homefront Hugs USA Means So Much To Me!! I think of you as part of "My Family"!! I want to thank you all for all that you do. It is very much appreciated. It touches my heart to know that there is kind & loving people amongst all these I see that are angry towards our troops & their families. Thanks so much!!
Lotsa Hugs,

Homefront Hugs has been a huge support for our little family. My husband truly appreciated the packages and letters, it makes his tour in Iraq a little easier knowing so many care back home. Thank you Homefront hugs!

Each and every one of my Marines received numerous packages for Christmas 2004! Not one Marine was forgotten. It was a very comforting feeling knowing all my Marines were "adopted" by people from all across the , people who cared, support us and worry about us at Homefront Hugs. Some of my Marines received up to 5 to 6 packages for Christmas and made wonderful friendships with people back home they never in their lives thought they would ever know. You should have seen the expressions and heard my Marines as day after day someone would get a package and brag about what they got (It reminded me of when we were kids waking up at Christmas time and seeing all the gifts Mom and Dad had spent all night wrapping, and tearing opening within seconds). Please pass on my most humble and heart filled appreciation to the wonderful lady and program who helped us celebrate Christmas away from our families.

I want to tell you once again that I appreciate the support that Homefront Hugs showed to me and my family while I was deployed to Iraq. It still amazes me that complete strangers would take the time and effort to send care packages and communicate with those of us serving our Country and also take the time to care for our families back at home. Your organization, Homefront Hugs, did all this in a very caring and selfless manner. Great thought and effort was obviously used in the selection of the items placed in the care packages. I especially liked the blank greeting cards included in the package so that I could send them home to my wife and children. What a nice touch. Your organization's efforts helped me to realize that the sacrifices that we were making over there were appreciated over here. Please keep up the good work.
